St Albans Climate Action Network
We are #Sustfest21 sponsors AND also support the St Albans Climate Action Network.
We are one of several organisations involved who aim to help the local community to adapt behaviours and reduce the environmental impact of everyday activities and lifestyles. By supporting the network, we are helping the community outreach of SADC’s ‘Climate Crisis Strategy and Action Plan’.
Our involvement in these local initiatives and events contributes towards the social value we deliver as a business. This is a key element of our Sustainable Legacies ESG strategy which launched in April 2021. The four areas of focus are:
- To embed sustainable development & resilience across our work
- To improve social outcomes with greater focus on equity, diversity & inclusion
- To achieve science-based net-zero carbon emissions targets by 2030
- To enhance governance by assessing ESG risk and reporting on ESG performance
